Transfer Stickies from One Mac to Another

Many Mac users, myself included, use the Stickies application (/Applications/Stickies) to keep notes, reminders and to-dos. It's easy to transfer a Stickies database from one Mac to another. Just follow these steps:

1) Quit the Stickies application (if it is running).

2) Navigate to the following file / location in your Home Folder: ~/Library/StickiesDatabase

3) Copy this file to a thumb drive. Eject the thumb drive. Copy the file to your 2nd Mac.

4) Quit the Stickies application on your 2nd Mac (if it is running).

4) Move the file "StickiesDatabase" into  the following location on your 2nd Mac ~/Library/StickiesDatabase. You will be asked if you would like to replace the StickiesDatabase (if one already exists). Clicking "OK" will remove the current Sticky Notes and replace them with the ones you have moved from your 1st Mac.

NOTE: Keep in mind that this process will completely eliminate any Sticky Notes you may have on your 2nd Mac. So, make sure to use with caution and have a good backup of your 2nd Mac before proceeding.
